A me questo tipo di dessert piace la sera, ma credo sia ottimo anche come merenda o colazione… potrebbe essere un’idea anche per chi mi chiedeva una colazione alternativa alle creme e ai prodotti da forno.

Tre mele
Una tazza di castagne secche
3 cm di kombu
Due cucchiaini di Kuzu
Water qs
