The Saracen is a (not) very yang corn, grows in cold and has a very short time to mature.
on "Doctor Yourself" by Naboru Muramoto says that gives those who eat frequent feature of volatility. Frankly I find this information about the transformation of character for food on the interesting curiosities, but sometimes risky.
I used to not abuse any grain, except rice, which are very dependent.
The buckwheat is rich in iron, protein, minerals and vitamins, it is often recommended for anemia, along with miso. I invite you to read this post by Stella Salt in which iron is precisely the argument.

love for food
My buck had been forgotten in the pantry and I was afraid he had made some little butterfly, but did not want to throw it. I put in a bowl of water and actually saw two butterflies vanire the surface along with the now empty grains have washed repeatedly. Throwing away all that you showed on the surface. I then placed to dry on a clean cotton cloth and the day after I picked up that I placed in a colander over a radiator for another day so that it loses moisture. The next day I made the flour I used in this recipe.
This seems long but it takes a few minutes for each stage and the satisfaction of collecting all that is good for a food will make you think that it's worth, I'm sure ...
